To speed up quoting and production, we suggest the following:
3D Files: STEP (.stp), IGS (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt) — for calculating material weight and unfolding bends.
2D Drawings: PDF, DWG, DXF — Essential for specifying tolerances, surface finishes, and thread specs.
If you lack drawings, sending physical samples for reverse engineering is also acceptable.

3D files allow our engineering team to precisely calculate material weight and accurately simulate sheet metal bending/unfolding, resulting in a much more accurate quotation.

2D drawings act as the legal basis for tolerances, surface treatment instructions, and thread specifications. They are essential documents for ensuring manufacturing precision.

Packaging is our final QC step; we never cut costs here.
Fasteners: Standard export packaging (20-25kg Cartons + Strong Stretch Film + Fumigated Plywood Pallet) for forklift safety.
Sheet Metal: Each part wrapped in bubble film/EPE foam + Corner guards + Custom reinforced Wooden Crates to prevent crushing or collision during sea freight.
