Lingyufab (Shanghai Lingyu Industrial Co., Ltd.) is a sheet metal fabrication and assembly manufacturer, established in 2003. Brake dust shields are among the many product categories we produce as part of our broader manufacturing business. These shields protect rotors, calipers, and brake components from dust, debris, and heat, helping extend service life. With over 20 years of experience, we handle the full production process in-house—laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, welding, and surface treatment—which keeps quality consistent and lead times under control. As a Mitsubishi Electric certified core supplier, we serve automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial equipment customers with reliable, cost-effective brake dust shield solutions.
Brake dust shields are designed to protect brake rotors, calipers, and related components from dust, debris, water, and heat. They are typically stamped from carbon steel or formed from stainless steel and aluminum, with thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 2.0mm depending on the application. Standard features include precision-formed profiles that match the rotor and hub geometry, pre-punched mounting holes for straightforward installation, and a protective coating for corrosion resistance. Some designs also include ventilation openings for heat dissipation or ABS sensor mounting points. Surface finishing options include powder coating, galvanizing, and e-coating available upon request. Full material traceability with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for every batch.

Brake dust shields are used wherever brake systems need protection from the surrounding environment. In passenger cars and light trucks, they shield rotors and calipers from road debris and water spray, helping maintain consistent braking performance. Commercial vehicles and trailers rely on heavier-gauge shields to withstand higher heat loads and longer service intervals. Off-road and specialty vehicles use them to keep mud and rocks out of the braking system. Industrial equipment and agricultural machinery also benefit from dust shields that protect brake components in dusty or wet working conditions. Lingyufab supports 1-piece prototyping, 100-piece pilot runs, and high-volume mass production with monthly delivery exceeding 5,000 units.
