Standard features include precision-punched hinge mounting holes, reinforced flanges or embossments for added rigidity, and weldable surfaces for permanent installation. Some designs incorporate pre-installed weld nuts or threaded inserts for simplified assembly. Surface finishing options include powder coating, galvanizing, and e-coating available upon request.
